Even though this blog is free to you (and actually costs me a little money to operate), I still feel moderately guilty if I don’t POST SOMETHING EVERY DAY. However, I’m going to have to get over that feeling soon: today I begin my tour of various sites around the United States that hopefully will culminate in the book tentatively titled Back Roads, Dark Skies: a Cosmological Journey.
While I may be able to post something occasionally during my trip (especially when I’m at my parents’ abode), I imagine my internet access will be sporadic. To keep you busy, here’s something I wrote for Double X Science, inspired (?) by an entry in the SkyMall catalog: Age Your Wine in 10 Seconds!!! With magnets! Since we know magnets are magic!
